I'm pretty sure nobody but Nintendo is allowed to distribute Nintendo games. Maybe you playing an emulator isn't illegal per se, but the roms shouldn't be available in the first place.

Lol obviously Nintendo and Playstation don't give a damn. Besides those games are soo old so NES-PS2 are legal to download and play.
