Where do the Third Party/Nintendo fan issues come from?

I admit I am thinking about this question with the switch looming and I'd like some thoughts on the matter. 

 

Well, first all the heavy elements like carbon that make a chicken and egg had to be created by a super nova somewhere in the universe. When the big bang happened there was only hydrogen, no chickens or eggs.
