dude the 3DS still sells for almost 200$, and lately has been sold out at a ton of stores (Dec and January). Anyone claiming that 250$ is not reasonable for the Switch is just being silly. even if it were just a new handheld Nintendo system it would sell, especially with the hybrid concept.

I said that I liked the $250 price but it is above what I would call the impluse buy category. Remember when the 3ds launched at $250 and Nintendo lowered it to $150sh? $150 is what I would call impluse buy where a random person that is looking for something to get his kid for his birthday wouldn't have to think too hard when deciding what to buy. And that is The New 3ds XL which sells for $199. Orignal 3ds XL, Original 3ds, new 3ds and 2ds all sell for less...

Also never did I say that $250 was an unreasonable price for what you are getting nor did I ever mention it won't sell. The fact that I said that I liked the price and that I am pre-ordering 2 of them should have told you what I thought of the price...
