Seriously. I won't go into detail about how to do it by the Ouya has like a dozen emulators ready to download. All you have to do is get the Roms and that's it.
My only concern is if it still connects to the internet. I haven't touched mine in months. But even if it doesn't, you can "side load" content from a PC.
