Can't forget the Ocarina of Time. I never finished that game, but I still have vivid memories of the first time I faced Queen Gohma. It was so intense and terrifying that I ended up making my sister play it for me, lol. I did end up beating the Dodongo Cavern boss all on my own, though. It was my proudest moment.

Super Smash Bros, Mario Tennis and MarioKart 64 were pretty much the multiplayer trifecta of my childhood. I didn't own an N64 growing up, but my older brothers had found some cool way to play n64 games on the PC! So many awesome memories on that "console." My siblings and I went on to pool our allowances and purchase a Gamecube with --you guessed it!-- Mario Power Tennis, Mario Kart:DD, and Super Smash Bros Melee. 1000's of hours of local multiplayer fun and rage.
