Be that as it may, it is still tangable flaws while XIIIs are more of preference. I hated the cast, linearity, and music; but some people may have enjoyed it which would put that game above XV.

Some people could argue that XIII had no flaws, while that's not the case with XV which has flaws on a game design level. Love XV all you want, but it is flawed.

I'd argue that having no widely agreed upon flaws doesn't by default make something better than something that has flaws but is a more enjoyable experience. But it just comes down to individual standards and feelings, in the end. Neither of our feelings are more valid than the others. My argument was mostly to not put so much value on a score.

But experience is percieved. As a game, it is worse then XIII.
