It doesn`t mean that Japan is bad, it just mean it makes the most financial sense to have it in USA. But what I mean exactly it`s not that isn`t much lower than it used to be, but even being lower, it isn`t a reason to say the region is dead. If it wasn`t for economical crisis and an aging population I would say it indeed is a crisis, but it`s not the case, gaming being lower isn`t an isolated fact.
