No active license means that a publisher can't sell a game, and when it comes to old games, renewing a license is often estimated to cost more than the money the game could bring in. Stupid question, why is it that Sony can still release the ps1 Crash/Spyro games on PSN when Activision owns the IP does Marvel control their IP differently?
