Game Mode' for Windows 10 will power Xbox One and Project Scorpio games too

So, the UWP is starting to make sense to me now. If developers make a game for UWP they are making a game for Xbox One, Xbox Scorpio and Windows 10 PC in one fell swoop, that supports resolutions from 900p all the way up to 4K/60fps. Scorpio games are being made as we speak. Does Unreal Engine 4 have UWP Game Mode support? Because this could become a thorn in Sony's side later on down the road.
