People just have nothing close to capacity to understand technical issues and so make inaccurate interpreations of surface wording.
Switch LIKE RECENT NINTENDO CONSOLES has straightforward architecture/standard GPU components, nothing exotic ala PS3 Cell.
That makes it "easy to dev for". If it can't handle core algorhythms and assets of Xbone/PS4, then it is "hard to directly port" because
of hard limitations of hardware, no matter how dev friendly the architecture is, that doesn't compensate for gross power differences.
