Microsoft

The Scorpio will  launch with a lot on fanfare, but Microsoft will do something wrong and a controversy will ensue. It will sell well, but not nearly well enough to compete against the Pro.

A new Halo game will be announced. They will try to release it alongside the Scorpio, but it will be delayed.

Sea of Thieves will be delayed and then get a 60 on Metacritic. It's been too long since its announcement and we haven't seenany major gameplay yet.

Microsoft 10 Store will not meet MS's expectations, and at the end of the year we'll hear rumours about going the same way as Games for Windows.

Minecraft will continue as strong as always.

Sony

The Spiderman game will (MAYBE -edit-) come out at the same time as Spiderman Homecoming, and will dissapoint people. Not as much as other movie tie-in games, just a slight dissappointmen, it will sell well.

Sony announces stopping Vita production everywhere but Japan. The system will take the release of the Switch bad in the West, where it's already struggling. If the Switch is successful, we'll see the two systems sharing a lot of japanese multiplats.

God of War will release during Christmas. It will be a GOTY candidate, but long term fans will complain about the changes made to the game to make it more cinematic and less hack & slashy. Please don't kill the kid, please don't kill the kid, please don't kill the kid, please don't kill the kid...

Sony will try to push VR by convincing a major FPS IP to release as an exclusive on the PS VR. It will work on both VR and non VR mode, to avoid pissing off the fans.

More Death Stranding weird ads.

Horizon will be great both critically and finantially. It will round the 80s on metacritic.

Nintendo

The WiiU will be completely forgotten and erased from all official Nintendo websites.

The january presentation will be amazing, but people will complain about no metroid or F-Zero. Then either Shin'en or Sega will show an F-Zero trailer and everyone will lose their minds.

The Switch will sell well during it's first year. Around 7-10 million units. The Switch will have stock problems, but not nearly as bad as the ones it had with the Wii or even amiibo (Nintendo needs to get an userbase as quickly as possible, after all). The WiiU ports will dominate early sales, and WiiU owners will complain but doubledip. BotW will not be at launch, but it will be close enough to make people keep paying attention to the Switch.  A lot of Vita/PS3 ports will come during the first year, specially from japanese games.

Red Dead Redemption and GTA V won't release on the Switch. Skyrim will, but people will complain about te optimization and the bugs. It will be the best selling multiplat on the Switch for two years straight, but it won't reach three millions. No VR, why do people think it can work on the Switch?

EA games will bring EA Sport ports... from the PS360. Cue Nintendo fans raging against EA.

Mario Kart 8.5 will fix the battle mode. People of the world will rejoice. Smash will be identical to the WiiU, barely any change. The remaining Smash amiibos will release alongside the Switch.

Ever Oasis will be the next Codename STEAM, but even that game will sell better than STEAM. After its release, the 3DS will be no more.

Minecraft will be announced for the Switch, but for its second or third year.

Nintend will release a major Animal Crossing game app for mobile, and it will do amazingly in Japan, as big as Pokemon Go. But big in Japan only, the rest of the world won't care that much.

Third Party

Hello Games will close down due to internal squabbling.

Ubisoft will barely escape the buyout by Vivendi thanks to the AC game being a hit.

Persona 5 will not be a major GOTY contender because for some reason this kind of JRPG don't get that much attention in the west anymore.

Metal Gear Survive will be released and will inmediately fail miserably, both finantally and criticaly. It won't be a broken mes, just incredibly bland. This will be the last AAA Konami game ever. After that, just licensing and VC.

Sonicmania will sell well and have a decent critic score, but the same won't be for the 3D counterpart, that will be delayed for 2018.

EA will add microtransactions to ME Andromeda.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
