GTA is a lot like Zelda. If it was an annual release it would be dead already. GTA has multiplayer now, and it's good multiplayer which is why V is so much more successful.

Yup and even though I haven't beaten Red Dead twice I put most of my hours into the post game by playing poker, causing shootouts, taking down gang bases, replaying missions, playing the multiplayer and ouf course the undead nightmare DLC.

Also what about San Andreas the best selling game on the best selling system of all time the god damn PS2 that had no multiplayer what so ever and yet look at its sales.
