I'd still go for third parties on PC and would rather have first and any second parties on the handheld device rather than the mobile gaming geared one you speak of.
Of course this device is the godlike all in one that handles all your computing needs isn't it?.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
