Hmmm still don't agree man, I mean, look at gta v on pc and gta v on xbox 360. It's not like the switch is gameboy, you can expect the same games with less detail. And is not like you can do much with the hardware of the one and ps4. Sure, if the game was an exclusive by ND on ps4 I would understand, but the game is a third party game that needs to run on different systems and settings.

but GTA5 was built for PS360. the PC is a port, with enchanced graphics. however GTA5 does help me with my point. as the PC/XB1/PS4 versions have the FPS mode, and that wasnt patched in for the PS360 because the systems couldnt handle it, even though the game was built from the ground up for those two systems.

Play crysis 3 on pc at max settings, a game that still look better than anything on new consoles was developed years ago to run on pc with those settings and  on the ps3, scalability, the same answer. Play street fighter on pc at max settings, then play the same game on the 3ds. Same answer.

It's really basic for game development. Now it's easier cause they are developing all the versions at the same time. If parity exists, it's a problem between consoles and pc, not between consoles. Maybe the ps4 can do something that the xbox one can do with less details, same with the switch.
