*: These games are available elsewhere, like Xbox or PC, but aren't available on Nintendo platforms. So while these games don't offer the definitive "PlayStation Experience", they are fantastic games that an otherwise Nintendo-only gamer would miss out on.

**: Only available on PlayStation platforms. While it isn't a PS4 exclusive, it is an otherwise great game a Nintendo gamer would have missed.

***: I didn't want to include remasters, but I feel Scholar changes the formula up enough to constitute as somewhat a new game. It includes all the DLC, new enemy placements, higher framerates, as well as a new optional ending involving Aldia.

****: The same can be said 100x more for Liefthrasir. While it's the same story, the gameplay itself has undergone a MASSIVE overhaul and is almost indistinguishable from the original game. So much has changed, that Vanillaware even went as far as to include a "Classic" move where the game operates on its original engine.
