Yes. 60 frames should be standard. Some games get away with 30 however those are normally visual only games like Ryse and The Order.
Any game where you have to aim should be 60 flat. Its just a much better experience. Its not like 900p or even 720p isnt sharp. Its still HD. If they made them below 720p ill be worried.
