Well in that case I would like to see Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Sigourney Weaver in the leads.

Bill Murray doesn't want to, and Dan Akroyd without Harold Ramis doesn't write a good enough script. There's nothing to gain anymore from the original cast unfortunately.
