Well its what happened to Cena few years back and when The Rock was being pushed at first before he turned heel.

 

Only thing that would fix Reigns imo would be to turn him into a heel and I dont mean a Silent killer heel (or someone who barely talks) like Lesnar - but I mean a loud, brash youngin like the rock was.

 

Though Reigns doesnt seem much of a talker.....

Reigns needs to turn heel and get a mouth piece.
