I don't think that's the kind of japanese support people is excited for at all anyways, specially when talking about a Nintendo machine.

 

Thats the point. MANY Japanese third-party games are pretty racy by western standards but do have niche followers here. There are even PS4 games like DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball that were never localized here in the west because of the sexualized girls but got English dubbed versions made. Without region lock on the PS4 you can buy the game from a Japanese online store and play it.
