This will sell well, but I can't help but think a $249.99 or even $199.99 PS4 slim without a game would be a better deal. I think Sony would benifit greater by having the base PS4 as cheap as possible, and push the bundles with the higher priced PS4 Pro.
It will be interesting to see how things play out over the next year. Sony may still be going very gently into this new interative console future as to not scare people off. Which, honestly, if that is what they are doing, it is smart, because if they do misstep and turn core gamers and gaming media against themselves, then this whole thing they have going with PS4 could come tumbling down over night.
Perhapps as the year marches on they will slowly start to shift focus to the Pro leading upto the Scorpio release? Anyways, this COD bundle should do well for now, and give them strong momentum going into the first quarter of next year.
