Those 46 games? Forza horizon 3, dishonored 2, Gears of war 4, Titanfall 2 etc.                                    

Metacritic is never perfect. Either way, you take those games off the list you will still find a similar result. Same can also be said for games like Overwatch, Inside, The Witcher etc which is also mention under all platforms that scored a 90+.

If your going to add Portable than you forgot the 3DS aswell.

don't think his point was regarding you not including handheld, I think it was probably that the system with the highest number here is the Vita in terms of the console that got the best games in 2016 based on the metric you are trying to use to suggest that the PC > Consoles.

If you don't see the issue with that fact and how it shows the problem with the scale you are using then I guess the only the I would ask is that you add punctuation to the title.
