What's the big deal? Of course Nintendo is going to shut it down. Any sane company would. If I open a restaurant and called it "McDonald's" and started giving away burgers there for free, I reckon I'll be getting a call from McDonald's pretty soon. And whoever would suggest that I'm "helping" McDonald's by growing the fanbase is a fool, I'm sorry. No, what I'm doing is hurting McDonald's because why would people continue to pay money to eat at McDonald's when they can get the same taste from my shop for free?
