The few other exclsuives that MS even has are not worth playing anyway, you can find better alternatives to stuff like Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, etc. on PS4.

So you think that all the money goes to the publishers and the devs get nothing? I doubt it. I can imagine how well that would go down.

'SOOOO! We want you to work on DLC for your game and we're going to sell the exclusive rights. Unfortunately we've decided we are keeping all the money for ourselves, now get working.' 

Anyway most of the bigger studios publish their own game.
