I doubt it. When 3 was being made they were already planning 4. Devs plan their next game while making the one they are already making. Knowing Dead Risings history on the xbox360 im sure Mattrick got 3, and 4.

Giving a console exclusively first doesn't help the Devs it mostly just helps the consoles company like Sony,MS,Nintendo.

So publishers do exclusive content from the goodness of their heart? That's a little naive to think it doesn't help the devs and publishers.
