No dude just no when it comes to fanmade games with the same name of the IP.

Sure some companies allow modding most of them don't,i know bethesda and Cd Project Red allow modding maybe few more most of them don't,hell even Rockstar doesn't allow modding.

But fanmade games based on protected IP they don't allow that, not one company allows that maybe a fangame based on the title but with different name and almost everything else, except gameplay and few other elements, like that game based on Shadow of Collosus that's has been on Kickstarter.

I`m not sure they can even do anything about modding. There`s only a few that make modding easy, sure. But try and name a single one that actually doesn`t allow it? And no, not even Rockstar stop mods... http://www.moddb.com/games/grand-theft-auto-v/mods

Everyone loves to talk about how mods are great.  I have never used mods.  The most I ever did was play user made scenarios in Civ3.  Can mods make games better?  I'm sure but I really don't see the big fuss about mods.  I've never been like you know what... A mod could totally make this game better.  Probably because I never gave a shit about mods to begin with.
