People gotta make a living man, if writing shitty journalism is the only way to put food on my table, then I'll write whatever fucking bullshit that looks like click-bait all fucking day long too.
I mean, let's face it, sexism is not only towards women, and although we are intellectually the same, our physical manifestation will never be without surgery and artificial drugs. If people want to make games that feature only male protagonists, let it be, and vise versa, but at the end of the day, it's data collection and whatever sells more at the current time that matters. Mario is a classic character, they are not going to have a female version of fucking Macbeth that will be recognized as the real thing.
