People in this thread are saying "he's talking about exclusive content like DLC! It's different for exclusive games".
Isn't he the one who said, in elaborating on the parity clause, that if games come out first on another console and then come to Xbox, they have to have extra, exclusive content, otherwise the game can't be put on Xbox?
How's that any different? The Xbox version gets exclusive content in the game that could, otherwise, just be downloaded. But no, it has to be "special" to be on Xbox, if it was on a different console first, and therefore that content is blocked from being on a different console.
