I think those are valid complains if you care about power. I have another way of thinking though, which I think is valid, and it applies for some peoole saying that power isn't that important. I think that being an underpowered, cheap console would make it more accesible for casual gamers, who are now more aware of Nintendo's existence after the last months, when Nintendo pull some wins in marketing and smartphone business. What's important, games. If Switch is easy to develop for, that could mean more Ninty games without those awful WiiU droughts. I think that third parties, though welcome, will be irrelevant for Switch's sucess. More Ninty games and exclusives is what will say if Switch will be a win or not. Nintendo has to capitalize with its IPs. With a reduction of development time, that would be a given. And they can put a nice catalogue of exclusives, think about something like 3DS+WiiU combined. That would be dreamlike.
