Different settings for docked / portable Switch modes spotted in Unreal Engine 4

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a rumor around spring or summer about Nintendo being one of the 3 Japanese companies that Epic mentioned to be lined up to us their engine. With Nintendo being the one that "they can absolutely not talk about"? Which means that Nintendo could even have a first party title using UE4. Come to think of it. Pikmin 4 would be fantastic on UE4 due to it's heavy emphasis on its environments.

So they might actually be working on UE4 game.
