I also expecting that and I think Nintendo is aiming at that with Nintendo hardware, 1080p/60-30 fps for Nintendo games in docked mode while 720p in portable mode. For 3rd party ports situation will be different, going from 720p to 1080p in docked mode and going 540p-720p for docked mode.

Because that is what the dev kit had and its not the sort of thing to change for retail hardware.

Anyway if you've seen the eurogamer news its pretty much confirmed as 400 gflops docked as I expected/guessed. It could have been worse.

Yup, it seems you are right and I was wrong, but EG still dont knows how many SM and with custom part what exactly Nintendo changed in cheap, we know clocks only and memory, but still dont know whole storey.
