Then don't go to Academic schools if you can't afford them, academic schools are more like a knowledge hobby where you get official documentation that you have learned this knowledge to a certain degree. You can also learn that on your own too. Academic schools are typically paid for by the state. Vocational schools are where you go to learn a profession, these can be paid for by your company, paying for them by yourself seems like a bad idea.
Ii you are smart and live in a first world country, you can fairly easily avoid student loan debt.
