Well, that is the naive part. Let me tell you some things you and people like you don't understant.
I am an immigrant myself too. I have emigrated from Eastern Europe to Canada ten years ago. Before that I’ve had a few different jobs as a student in UK and USA. I have met and made friends with a lot of people from different cultures and different races. I can tell you one thing, most people that are born and raised in the Western societies, are the most opened minded people I have met, so you are very wrong to put the blame on us and say that “we have to understand their feelings”. No, they have to understand how the society works and oblige like the rest of us.
