Not that I put much faith in  vgchartz numbers, but I The vgchartz numbers for global software sales are 305 million for the ps4 vs 155 million for the xbox one. Again, though, I wouldn't put any faith in either number. 

We know that digital is around 15-20%.

We Know PS4 software sales are over 370m.

A little math and you should be able to find a range that would be for physical sales.
