In case anyone's using the same password on both Yahoo and other services, changing the password on every single one of those services using the same password is recommended. The hackers finding out your password from the hack is basically just a matter of time (and let's be honest, they've probably already cracked like 90% of the passwords by now), and the chances are that they'll try those passwords on other services as well. That's how people get hacked.
I'm probably not affected. The chances are that they got my data as well, but I didn't have much on Yahoo, and long since I've switched to using a password manager to have a different password for every single service I use.
