It's not available on the Chinese App store for some reason.  The country with the biggest iOS userbase... yes, bigger than the US.

I don't think i knew that, to be honest. I just read a comment on twitter that because of time zones, asian countries wouldn't be "awake" to download the game.
Back to your point, if the userbase really is that big, than the game really needs to be released there!
