While the climate definitely is changing, there is no way to know for certain that it's human caused rather than the natural climate changes this planet has had.

The assumption that the earth was flat and the sun revolving the earth was made back in a time when facts didn't matter, only what the bible said. When you dared to assume something else, you would be punished like what happened with Galileo. Now we make predictions based on facts. This is how we got on the moon. This is how we make flu shots. This is how we estimated the rising temperature because we know CO2 holds heat. It may not be always 100% true, but there is some truth to it that you cannot simply ignore and happily continue with CO2 emissions.
