Because I don't have any xbox, so if I can somehow manage to just buy it, I can download it sometime in the future when/if I buy one, but if I have to actually download it now, yeah, can't do it.

Im already downloading it. It said its  free on the page so hopefully it remains usable past December 31st. When borderlands was free for the weekend it never said free until the weekend came and you could only download it on the website before for free (The Xbox store had it for $29.99). This is an interesting little situation. Its downloading though. Thats my fourth free game this week from MS if so and the next set of free games for the month are coming. Damn them to hell for making my backlog unbearable.
