I am suprised at what the best metal gear solid gme is on gameranking.com

Metal gear solid for the gameboy colour is the best metal gear solid game. Has anybody ever played this? I have never even heard of it, but still with a score like 95.922% after 18 reviews it sounds like I should know about it.
