No it isn't, it just happens to be the best of the weak bunch, you can't compare that to Episode IV or V. In fact I won't even compare it to episode VI or even VII xD

Ha, I feel the same about Star wars. Episode IV is the best of the weakening bunch. Episode V starts great yet the big fat to be continued followed by the much weaker ROTJ holds it down. Star Trek does have some very weak movies though, but TNG series was amazing.
