Not even in the same league if we talk about cinematography, not a single Star Trek movie is even close to be a classic.

Pretty sure Wrath of Khan is. It's even cited in a Weeknd song, when a movie is still referenced in popular music 30 years after its release, I'd say that's a classic. 

Undiscovered Country and First Contact are also very good and The Voyage Home works (though a bit far fetched). 

No it isn't, it just happens to be the best of the weak bunch, you can't compare that to Episode IV or V. In fact I won't even compare it to episode VI or even VII xD
