edit: about your UB issue, I think I can help. I have sun, but the only difference is the UB we both caught.
Anyways, what you need to do is ask Looker for the location, go the place, and just keep running around until the UB comes. It may come on the first appearance, or in 20 minutes. it's entirely random. The longest I looked for was 10 minutes when searching for one of the Buzzwole's.
