The power of the systems are being used exactky as intended. Its why i keep saying the are just souped up versions of the exact same consoles. They are designed to support 4k TVs, give you higher rez, better framerates, all round better IQ assets and that's pretty much it. They are not designed to give you 20 enemies where there user to be 10. Or outright give you games that can't be run on their older siblings. 

Its simple, if you own a 4k TV or plan on getting one within the next year, then the PS4pro and Scorpio won't only make sense to you but are for you. If you are on a 1080p TV and don't plan on upgrading anytime soon, then stick with a PS4/XB1s.
