They're not going to be doing any of the things you said. They want expensive wars. It raises oil prices. The US is doubling down on fracking, mining, and drilling too. At least according to Trump. They will be privatizing Tribal lands and opening up nature preserves in Alaska. That might be the only thing that would hurt the opec countries. At least for a little while. Eventually our oil reserves will be depleted and then Opec will be fully in control again.
Only with the added benefit of destroying the Natives, ruining their land, killing the nature preserves and national parks, and most likely poisoning the water like the Gulf Coast.
