Konami has too many great IPs to shelf em forever. They just need the right team of devs to breathe life back into them all. I doubt they will sell them off. The best hope is a bigger dev to absorb/buy Konami and all their IPs like maybe Capcom, Sqaure-Enix (who absorbed/bought Eidos/still waiting on a new Fear Effect & LoK-Blood Omen meh), Bandai-Namco, Naughty Dog or Sony Interactive Entertainment.
