For that to work, they would need to make the wiimotes compatible with the switch, or add to the joycons move technology. It would be interesting to see if Nintendo is still interested in supporting that tech, specially because there are still more people around with wiimotes than there are 3DS and WiiU owners.

wii remotes only need bluetooth. People are using them directly with pc for wii and wii u emulators. I think the Switch will have bluetooth support and the drivers for wii remotes.
