It depends what he means by "more powerful than ps4" if he's just referring to CPU then that's a possibility. But GPU? Nah, and it seems likely the thing only has 4gb of ram too.

I don't see Red Dead 2 launching on the Switch, FFXV and Res are a possibility.

The CPU is better, docked or not. But that is not the the point of that rumor and that rumor is definitely false. Everything actually credible points to NS being less than Xbox One.
