The only rumor we've had about card sizes said that the standard card would be 16GB, and higher capacity cards will be more expensive. If it's cheaper to use 3x 16GB cards or 2x 32GB (because DS 3 is 25GB on PC), they can perfectly choose that route.

That's just standard size card, there will different sizes of cards depending of size of games. It has more sense that DS collection be on one card than on several cards.

I already said that they can use other card sizes. But it's the cost of those cards what will decide which one they would use.
