Basically this, games running at 1080p but they are downscaled to 720p just in tablet mode because 720p screen and battery life.

You should use run at 720p or rendered at 720p, instead of downscaled.

Downscaled is equivelent to supersampling, meaning the game would still be rendered at 1080p and would use just as much performance and battery.

But I understand what you mean. :P

OK, then render to 720p because there no need for higher render in portable mode. :)

Actually it doesn't need to make boost performance from 720p to 1080p, Switch can native run games at 1080p but downscaling to 720p in handheld mode with lower clocs and less power required, but in dock mode running 1080p native at full clock without problem with power supply.

Maybe we could have one fan in Switch itself but I doubt, certainly will not be two fans in Switch itself.

And how do you know it can when the more powerful x1 cant run most games at 1080p. Unless you mean that its not universal and only some games will run at 1080p.

I am pretty sure that almost all Nintendo games will run at 1080p, I dont think that will be case for XB1/PS4 ports.
