Blu Rays are at most $20. 4k are at most $30.

And those are at the highest unsale price you will ever find them. Even brand new. And most stores also have movies like $5 cheaper opening week.

I could go to Amazon right now and find plenty of Blurays over $20. It isn't exactly difficult. Just check out the new release category. The fact that you mostly buy blurays a few months to a year or more after release doesn't mean they came to the store priced sub-$20 on release day.
