Nintendo switch will use USB-C cables for charging

If this isn't confirmation of USB C for charging then I don't know what is. The fact they are advertising a charge cable that goes from USB A to USB C pretty much confirms that a charger will not be included with the Switch. Just use whatever cell phone charger you already own.
